I'm checking out the Gigabyte B660 gaming x ax DDR4 motherboard and wondering if anyone has used it before. I plan to pair it with an Intel I5-12600k and Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200.

It should function fine. I've used Gigabyte boards before and they tend to perform well. If it doesn't fit, you can return your purchase. With a 12600k model, you won't need much; just buy it if you like. The micro ATX variant costs about $30 less for the same board.
