I believe the motherboard might be misaligned. After assembling it, I tried repositioning the motherboard and cooler, hoping to resolve the issue, but it didn’t help. The system still functions perfectly. It seems the problem could be with the cooler’s mounting, as its weight suggests a standard AM4 CPU backplate. Should I be concerned about this warped setup?

I've installed an NH-D14 (likely heavier than NH-D15) on my GA-X58A-UD5 for ten years. It's been used many times in the car and moved up and down stairs roughly every three months to clean dust. I also always grip the motherboard near the cooler when it comes out of the case, etc. Some boards show slight warping, and certain cases don't have a completely flat surface. I've had to tweak standoffs just to ensure proper mounting before things secure.

I’ve got the same setup too, it’s been ten years and it still works occasionally. My 5960X came with a D14 that’s mounted, and I also have a mini ITX board that was already in good shape. Everything is running smoothly—no issues at all.

I've seen boards coming out of the box bent. Not the usual kind, but these were inexpensive and suitable for work PCs. They still functioned just fine.
