Hi, I see you're having trouble because an insect got inside your keyboard. You cleaned it by hitting the keys and removing some, but now you can't use Alt+Tab. You mentioned trying basic fixes like opening Windows Features and checking Registry. Let me know if you need more guidance!

You might try repairing the keyboard because it was damaged by force, such as using a registry tool. Just because someone shows a guide doesn’t mean it’s safe or correct. Identify the exact model first.

The keyboard functions properly. The Alt key tester works and the Tab key operates. Board: CHERRY MX 2.0S NBL Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Black

Just in case someone else encounters this problem but lacks a keyboard featuring the Fn key, remember that the CHERRY MX 2.0S NBL Mechanical includes one. Some models also come with a gaming mode button similar to the Corsair K70 RGB. It has a lock adorned with the Windows logo. Your keyboard doesn’t have a Fn key.

You didn't realize it was a hot key. I was organizing those buttons and might have pressed it by accident.
