I don't see any game offering a 4K option. My screen is set to 4K and it's enabled in Windows! When I choose the window mode to "window," it looks sharper, similar to 4K. This happens in many games like Horizon Zero Dawn, Spiderman, and Stray. It gets even more interesting when I stream my PC to Xbox with different lighting conditions—I still get 4K output. Is this your first PC or a recent upgrade? If you just added a new graphics card, consider reinstalling the drivers. In some situations, removing the game's configuration files (such as ini files) and restarting it can help. How is the display linked to your system? Have you tried using a different port?
Oh no, I didn’t remember that before. It’s really important now... Yes, I just got my monitor updated to a KTC M27P20 Pro. The screen is linked to the graphics card via display port. I even tried another port, but it didn’t work.
Have you verified that all previous driver files or software for the old monitor were completely deleted? Are there identical issues occurring in games that were installed after the new monitor was set up?
