I'm using Fractal Terra with the riser cable included in the case. I attempted to boot the computer after disconnecting and reconnecting it, but the issue persisted. The system appeared functional until I updated the BIOS to the latest version, yet problems continued. I have two monitors—one linked to the GPU and another to the motherboard. Various configurations were tried, but the problem remains unresolved.
