Check if the monitor is brand new as well. Also verify that the cable is fresh. The 13700KF is the CPU model without built-in graphics, so it won’t show up in the motherboard ports—use the GPU ports instead. Confirm you’re connecting them correctly and not the internal motherboard ones.

I changed to the GPU port and got results. Using a DisplayPort isn't producing any output. Appreciate the help!

You could be using Legacy boot activated. Adjust your startup options to UEFI exclusively (this issue occurs with my GTX970 as well).
