Check the packaging of the CPU. The 9900K would show 'K' in the BIOS settings.

Do you have the precise URL from the site where you purchased it? (Just need full certainty—it might not be an F series)

That setup includes an integrated graphics card. Interesting. Could you share your motherboard model and BIOS version?

The motherboard model is ASUS ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI. The BIOS version available is 0401 x64, though I’m not sure if that matches your needs since it mentions this in the BIOS description.

It's a CPU featuring an integrated graphics unit. It needs this component. Without an iGPU, the BIOS display won't function. This explains why regular Ryzen 5000 models (and older ones) need a dedicated GPU. The 13700 includes an iGPU and it operates correctly.

It's possible the issue lies with how the system is configured or if there are conflicts in settings. Check your drivers, ensure the correct GPU is selected, and verify that no other processes are interfering.
