This set is part of this group of pins. Focus on the top right two: either use a screwdriver/knife/coin/other metal nearby to short them, or if they're inside the case, simply connect and press the power button.

Very near the bottom right... JFP1. Likely should check the manual to identify the pins, but just short any two until it begins, then you'll know which ones.

They've consistently ranked among the best in most consumer motherboards since Skylake. Even remembering which ones it is can be tricky, so it's simpler to just drag it across the top and bottom rows.
