Initially, DOOM (2016) ran smoothly at around 200 fps after reformatting. In reality, many games now experience inconsistent frame rates, occasional freezes, and overall poor performance. I've dealt with various support teams—NVIDIA, Bethesda, Riot—and received limited assistance. My PC is several months old and runs an older processor model. Despite updated drivers and DDU fixes, the issue persists. The specs I have are: i7-8700k, ASUS 1070 Ti, ASUS z370-P. Let me know if this is the right setup.

Have you reviewed all your bios configuration details and memory timing? Are your drives performing well (e.g., fast read/write speeds)? How does your system perform in benchmarks such as 3DMark Timespy?

Smart performance is solid, temperatures stay below 80°C on the GPU in Heaven. The Heaven bench records a score of 5175, with an average of 208 FPS and a peak of 400 FPS at 9 seconds. Just tested the CPU-Z, it only displays a frequency of 1100 MHz on my 3000 MHz modules. I think I’ll update that. Timings are now configured.
