I've recently faced an issue where everything I installed in the folder "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" fails to load. Usually, a few things occur when trying to open it, and the situation changes after I restart my computer. Sometimes it takes only a brief moment before it closes, other times it triggers an "access denied" message, and occasionally it just gives random errors. I've tried updating drivers and Windows, even switching from Windows 10 to Windows 11 without success. I've also run various CMD commands, but nothing has worked. The strangest part is that more programs have started to fail over time. Initially, it affected general Windows apps like Media Player and Photos, then the Microsoft Store, and now even tools such as NVIDIA Control Panel. This problem began after I built my new PC and cloned a Windows copy from an old hard drive to a M.2 SSD, but it became more frequent after that process. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

That is a system protected folder that I don't think normally you aren't allowed to access. I tried in the past to backup a game but it seems as soon as I touched that folder everything broke. I ended up needing to install a fresh copy of windows to fix it.
