Visit the official site for downloading chipset/lan drivers for your motherboard at the provided link. Obtain the necessary files on a different computer, then transfer them to a USB flash drive. Insert the drive into your new PC and install the drivers manually.

It's frustrating since there aren't any standard protocols or drivers available, just like with graphics. Follow the advice given.
