Hello, I recently assembled a new PC with a 13700k Gigabyte ARorus Pro X and am facing connectivity issues. No internet access is available, and no network adapters appear in the system. I’ve updated the BIOS and attempted to install the Realtek LAN Driver from the motherboard website, but it displays an error stating "No driver were installed." Could you help resolve this?

Save the drivers onto a USB drive, then transfer them to your computer. You can obtain them from a smartphone, and once connected via a USB cable, install the chipset and network card drivers. Remaining files can be downloaded from your computer afterward.

In Device Manager you may tap update driver and then choose find on computer. Certain machines will show the driver that was originally installed. Others might not have it available.

I can't share links directly. However, you might try contacting Intel support or checking your motherboard's documentation for driver installation guidance. The Gigabyte page suggests your network card may have a built-in adapter, so ensure it's properly connected.

Review the update details for your motherboard. The versions listed are 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. Check the box or the bottom left corner of the board for the revision number. Visit the Gigabyte support page for the chipset information: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z79...er-chipset. You’ll likely need the Intel Chipset Device Software (about 3.3 MB), which should work without issues. Make sure to expand the LAN section and install Realtek drivers accordingly—revision 1.2 uses Windows 11 64bit, 4.51 MB; revision 1.2 also offers a preinstalled driver for Windows 11 64bit at 0.27 MB. The LAN preinstallation isn’t always necessary, but it’s worth considering.

You were certain about the setup but it didn’t function properly. I tried once more and it finally started working. Thanks for your patience. I also have a question about version 1.0, which uses the "MediaTek Wi-Fi 7 MT7927, RZ738" for wireless communication. The Mediatek website only lists it for Windows 11, so does that mean it’s compatible only with Windows 11?

Gigabytes reports Wi-Fi 7 needs Windows 11 SV3 for proper operation, with no driver available for Windows 10. Intel may extend support for Windows 10 in future modules, but it remains uncertain for others: https://www.neowin.net/news/rejoice-inte...ws-10-too/
