I solved it thanks to the many suggestions. For anyone facing the same issue, here’s what I did: I restarted the PC and repeatedly used delete commands. Eventually, I accessed BIOS and restored everything to its original state before rebooting. I also pressed F5 and F8 to boot into a special mode that allowed me to erase the system. This took around an hour. Once completed, Windows rebooted from the installation point and everything functioned normally. I think the issue stemmed from not realizing the OS was extremely outdated, which led to a failure when I turned it off. After updating all available software, I used the Windows Update Assistant to force a fresh install since no newer updates were found in settings. Finally, I verified that my drivers and other components were up to date, and everything worked perfectly now.
