No output, no sound from the BIOS except when I haven’t powered on the PC for a while. The PC runs fine if I leave it on for a long time. I’ve tried replacing the BIOS chip and reprogramming, but it still doesn’t work. Please help.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
I try to replace the bios chip but still doesn't works i try to reprogram as well but same result
That's something you do as a last resort, did your system experience any power outage?

No, I haven't experienced a power outage. The last time it happened was when I used it; the monitor went blank and the CPU fan speed increased, which triggered the issue. My PC is a built-up Lenovo H530s. I'm not making any changes to this machine.
