No display appears on your screen at startup.
I've noticed some unusual actions when I power up my PC or restart it, resulting in a black screen on Windows. It seems the issue isn't with the monitor, signal, or storage—BIOS works fine and only appears during window startup. The problem might be related to something else. Could be connected to the GPU, but the BIOS displays correctly otherwise. Any suggestions?
I've been facing the same issue with my PC. A small red light on the motherboard indicates a CPU-related problem. I removed the CMOS battery, reinserted it after a short time, and tried another fix—reapplying thermal paste and securing the CPU again. I'm unsure if this is the exact issue but didn't want to create a new thread since my problem seems similar. I'm hoping these suggestions help me confirm if thermal paste is the cause before I proceed further.
It seems worth a shot. I haven’t noticed any temperature issues, it’s a new problem, and I haven’t moved my tower, but since I’m running out of options, I’ll give it another try.
I've spent a lot of time fixing things, and it seems the issue might be with my monitor not sending a signal when it's cold. Appreciate the support!
