The stored data doesn't fit your setup. ECC memory is typically found in servers or workstations. Combining different memory types is generally problematic and may lead to issues. Do you have standard PC RAM available?

I currently don't have any RAM, though I can obtain some. I believe the issue might be with the RAM.

Yes, that is certainly a problem. The system will not post with incompatible memory installed, nor with no memory installed as well.
You need at least one stick of compatible memory installed for it to do anything.
