The screen went dark unexpectedly. When they checked the GPU, they replaced it, but the new one doesn’t work. Is the PCIe slot damaged? Also, ASUS swapped my GTX 1650 with a GTX 1060 that has more memory. Was that a good decision? Should I file a complaint even though the speeds seem similar, but the model is older?

The 1060 is an older model but offers better performance. Could you share the details of the rest of your system?
