I still have your ASUS ROG Strix X570-E with the AMD Ryzen 3950X and 3060. Everything functioned fine in my previous case, but the AIO pump failed, so I designed a new case and transferred everything over. The only modification was switching to a Gen 4 PCIe riser cable. It seems a bit cluttered right now. I haven’t finished all the modifications yet—just checking if it’s safe to proceed.

We lack clear understanding from all the data provided. Are there any indications of activity like fan rotation? Is there any sound or error messages present? Have you attempted to operate it without the riser?
