I mentioned during downloads I can't pick up any sound in my Discord conversations. Not sure about the network configuration or ISP—I'm just using a regular modem.

ISP refers to the provider you pay for. They charge for internet access. Setup involves choosing a modem style and router type, plus deciding between Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection.
