All Samsung Evo SSD models are in great condition. RAM features Trident Z DDR4 at 3200 MHz, with three sticks, two at 8 GB each, and one at 16 GB. The PSU is Corsair 750W, 80 Plus certified.

The problem was eventually fixed. I changed the pageFile memory size to a larger value—like 16 GB—instead of the default 4 GB. It seems unrelated to startup issues that only occur during cold boot, so it might have resolved on its own. Any clarification would help!
