No connection on your two-year-old gaming PC is happening randomly.
My gaming PC was set up two years ago, and I haven't made any changes to the hardware recently. The problem I'm experiencing is new but really bothersome. When I turn on the desktop, the monitor shows no signal with fans running, etc. After every shutdown, I have to power it off completely before starting again, which works fine once. Now I'm having to do this every time I boot up. Any advice?

Attached my dxdiag file for complete system details. The BIOS has been fully refreshed based on my estimate, the motherboard is an MSI Z-370 Sli Plus, and the BIOS version is "A.B2".

I believed the problem was quick boot time, so I turned it off in power settings, but the issue persisted. Each time I power on the PC from a completely cold state, I have to restart it and it begins operating without clear issues right away.
