Starting a fresh build is new, but I haven’t connected the RAM yet. Both slots A2 and B2 work without issues, so memory is fine. When I try to slot the second stick in B2, nothing happens. Even without the graphics card, the monitor stays silent. The BIOS functions normally with one stick in A2. I’m checking the HDMI cable from the motherboard to the port, but it doesn’t display anything. The graphics card is out of the picture too. I’m replacing it now and should be able to see the screen once installed.

I can arrange for a replacement, as it's available on Amazon. The rest looks okay. I'll return it.

Verified if the newest BIOS is up to date? It could improve compatibility. A replacement might be a wise choice.
