I set up a new computer with Windows 10 Professional using an OEM key. The internet connection issue persists despite trying manual IP settings, subnet mask adjustments, and using BIOS commands like "netsh winsock reset" and "netsh int ip reset." Someone can help resolve this.
In Device Manager it displays the network adapter without any icon. When you connect an Ethernet cable, the connector light activates. Have you tested this cable on a laptop or another device?
In Device Manager it displays the network adapter without any icons. The two monitors appear side by side. When you plug in the Ethernet cable, the connector light functions properly. (If present) It operates correctly. Did you test this cable on a laptop or another device? Yes, it works on my other computer.
It establishes a tangible link, which is positive. For the computer, after connecting the Ethernet cable, you should receive a valid IP address along with gateway information. You can locate this by right-clicking the network icon in the lower-right corner, choosing "Network and internet settings," then selecting "Network center." Click the Ethernet connection listed under "connections:" and press "details" in the pop-up window. This will display all relevant details.
