I configured an L2TP VPN server on your USG Pro. Connecting from iOS and Windows works without issues. Mac connections fail despite matching settings. Steps tried: reset config, re-enter credentials, changed IP address, switched RADIUS account, and used a different internet connection. Unified Communications settings appear correct for VPN access from any device. Logs show L2TP attempts with server details but connection fails.

We resolved it by fixing it later. It might have been blocked because of an authentication error.
