Is this your PSU?
It has 264W on 12V rail. For GTX 1050 this is barely enough. Minimum recommended PSU for GTX 1050 is 250W.
RTX 4060 minimum recommended PSU is 550W. For that you need a new PSU.
There's no way around it.
If you try to use your current PSU with RTX 4060, this will probably result in fireworks and dead pc.

For the RTX 4060, I suggest using a power supply that can handle at least 750W to ensure stable performance and cooling.
