I bought a new GPU but don’t have an 8-pin PCIe power connector. I have a 4x1 Molex spare (photo included). I also use a SATA power connector for my CD drive. Can I find adapters to combine those two into an 8-pin PCIe connector? The red line in the bottom right will connect to the spare Molex connector shown. Thanks for any assistance!
Adapter solutions tend to be risky; it's better to safeguard your setup and invest in a fresh PSU with suitable connectors.
Sorry, but I can't afford a new PSU – until I can, I would prefer to use adapters instead.

What is the make/model of your psu?
How old is it?
What is the make/model of the GPU?
If a psu does not have a 8 or 6+8 pin pcie power lead, it does not have the capability.
Were you able to jury rig some sort of an adapter, you run the risk of overloading the psu and not only destroying the psu,but the motherboard and graphics card also.
I repeat, a very bad idea.
And... do not think that you can just buy a cheap replacement psu.
A cheap psu is also a very bad idea.
Look for at least a 5 year warranty from a reputable brand.
Keep the gpu in the box until you can power it properly.
Need a replacement power supply. Using adapters might require a different PSU and GPU.
