After setting up your new Asus Rog Strix B550F Gaming, you're missing Ethernet connectivity. You attempted to download the drivers from the manufacturer's website, but encountered an error stating compatibility issues with your operating system version. Seek assistance to resolve this setup problem.
Launch the elevated command prompt and type the command. It will display the OS architecture information. Also, confirm whether the additional chipset or AMD drivers are already installed.
It shows OSArchitecture, 64-bit. Things feel confusing lately. I’m not sure what to do either. No internet access means I can’t install drivers or update Windows versions. For instance, updating from version 1607 to 2004 isn’t possible without an internet connection. I’m really unsure how to proceed now.
Are you looking for a more recent model? That seems to be the problem.
Check the official website or download section for the latest version.
