These issues are rare and I’m not involved. The file system is NTFS, the drive can’t be locked, and Chkdsk isn’t running due to another process using it. Would you like to schedule a check for this volume at the next system restart? (Y/No)

Run it via the command prompt in the UEFI settings (hold shift while clicking restart). The drive shouldn't be being used. It seems the recent reinstallation didn't fully restore everything—several drives still show bad sectors after just a few hours. This suggests a faulty drive or damaged SATA cable might be the issue.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to. It seems I didn’t format anything or wipe the drivers a few hours ago, and I didn’t reinstall Windows. The drives look fine, and the C: drive showed no errors or bad sectors—it’s a relatively new SSD, so there doesn’t seem to be a problem with the drivers at the moment. @Skiiwee29

I've used Windows Recovery and Cloud Recovery both, but neither fixed the issue. What's going on with your PC?

The processor they use isn't compatible with Windows 11, meaning they would need to revert to Windows 10 instead.
