Considering today’s options, 35 euros feels like a solid amount. If performance isn’t a major factor, I might choose the i5-13500 or go for higher-speed RAM at 3600mhz instead of the 3200mhz model.

You can readily assess them on Intel’s site: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...580,230574. The 13600 offers higher clock speeds, which is the main advantage. Still, considering the rest of your system budget, 35€ might not be a huge amount overall. Boosting RAM speed is helpful, but a quicker CPU usually makes a more significant difference.

When other variables stay constant, you can simply look at clock speeds to see how performance changes. The 13600 should be about 4% quicker than the 13500. This places it just beyond the error margin for noticeable gains, yet still not perceptible. If you're choosing a chip, go with the 13500 and add a bit more RAM for a marginally better setup.
