I don’t really care since Hitman 3 is the sole game I’ll play on Epic Games. However, do you think you’d actually receive the account and credentials for that email they say I get?

Remains a potential hazard. Acquiring keys also poses uncertainty. Because purchasing from third parties isn't permitted either. Using these platforms means you consistently face a certain level of risk that you wouldn't accept when buying directly from the manufacturer. I'm just curious if they'll actually provide the item.

Yes. Anyway if you want to go ahead pay with paypal, and if things went wrong you could always file a complaint and get refunded.

Absolutely, I could send an email to PayPal and receive the refund. That would make the risk much lower.
