This just seems really odd. Are you certain it's a K series CPU? (not trying to be too unclear here, but there aren't many reasons for this issue)
My initial thought was that Intel sent me the wrong chip, but looking at the last picture I shared, HWinfo64 lists it as an i5-6600k.

the CPUID reads something when the processor is under load, possibly indicating a hardware info issue. CPUID, HWmonitor, and Aida64 all display 3.5Ghz intel 6600k. Only realtemp shows 3.9Ghz, but I'm not sure if that's accurate. It seems like it might just be reflecting the motherboard settings rather than the actual performance. When I run userbenchmark, afterburner, and other monitors, they never display values above 3.5Ghz.
