Hello everyone, I attempted to update my system to version 1809 but encountered an error during installation. After reviewing the details, I discovered that missing boot entries might be the issue. In msconfig there are no entries listed, and in EasyBCD I can boot normally, so I’m wondering if I can integrate my existing setup. I also suspect this happened because I recently replaced my SSD with an HDD caddy. When I installed Windows onto the SSD and tried to boot from it, Windows reported it couldn’t find the winload.efi file. Later, using a tool called WinToHDD helped me partition the disk and complete the installation successfully, allowing me to choose the appropriate EFI partition. Here’s a screenshot of my Disk Management. Thank you in advance.
