I'm starting my first setup on a new PC with an AIO cooler. The board is an A620ME with a Thermalright Frozen Notte cooler, but I couldn't locate the AIO pump header. I connected it to the JRGB and tried booting again, but nothing happened. I also tested the PSU with a paperclip—it worked—but the PC still wouldn't start. I realized the AIO needs its own header and it triggered a heat error, so I turned it off and followed the steps. Right now, I'm considering replacing the motherboard since it seems short circuited.

Requesting complete details. Adding fans or pumps to the JRGB setup is discouraged.

your aio has two wires from the connector on the CPU side—one connects to the ARGB port, which needs to be complete, and another has pins exposed. The other side should only have one end; plug that into the SYS_Fan header, insert the fan splitter that came with the cooler into the CPU_Fan header, and finally connect the two cables from the radiator into that splitter. Since your motherboard lacks ARGB, you won’t be able to use the JRGB feature it does have.
