What’s happening here? I’ve done everything possible—disassembling it, testing one component at a time. I managed to get her running, but the heatsink was missing. No lights before or after. Swapped the CPU, flashed it, tried different methods. It’s like I’ve already tried all the usual fixes! Just straight-up 00's!

No, I haven't updated the BIOS yet.

Determining if it's a new build or an existing model with issues requires checking the product specifications and any known problems associated with its version.

It's unlikely, so verify if the CMOS battery is depleted. Experienced with the same problem; after taking apart and cleaning everything carefully, it turned out to be a dead battery.

On many motherboards I've dealt with, the 00 indicates it's safe to proceed.

I gave it a shot, but it didn’t work. It might still be useful for others since I checked online for unusual solutions, though many ended up swapping the motherboard.

Current PC setup. I gave one quick tap on the BIOS under voltage settings—think about 0.0625V. That’s it.

I was trying a 45-degree adapter and after much troubleshooting, I decided to upgrade to the 24-pin version on my motherboard. It wasn’t exactly a happy moment, but it worked! I swapped it out yesterday for a 5950 and was surprised when it didn’t boot. Luckily, I found something on Amazon by chance, and it turned out perfectly. Just needed to clean up the dust and it’s running smoothly now! Thanks everyone! You’re awesome!
