I’ve recently installed my new PC and it’s not powering on. I can press the power button but it won’t shut down properly. All components—fans, RGB lighting, CPU cooler, case fans, RAM, and GPU—are active, yet there are no lights from the B650 ASUS TUF gaming plus Wi-Fi motherboard. I remember a week-old issue with screen tearing, which is puzzling. Now I see a black screen briefly but that’s about it. I’ve reset the CMOS, reinserted everything into the PSU, and double-checked everything. I went through RAM and GPU one by one without further investigation. (Don’t ask me about it) I’m planning to take it to my local geeksquad for help. Can anyone guess what might be wrong with this setup? Please don’t criticize my case.

Your question is unclear. Did your PC take a few days to work, or did you just install it and it fails to boot?

It seems unclear what you're referring to, but effective guidance won't come if you avoid discussing the steps you've already tried.
