I've been using BF3 for the last few days. The only servers I can join are those focused on Rush and Conquest. This has been the case for more than a year now.

There are several exceptions if you look closely, mainly MMOs, but Battlefield games tend to age quickly. After a new BF title releases, finding an active server on an older version becomes rare. I’ve noticed some completely inactive servers on BF1 too. What’s happening? I plan to revisit BF1 once it drops 50% off. It doesn’t seem worth the $60 price tag with such a short campaign.

At level 15 there was no opportunity to compete. Probably only top players remain. I dislike these levels.
