I’m struggling with this. I can’t get any audio when using the relive option in the AMD software. I want to use instant replay, but whenever I clip it and rewatch, there’s no sound at all—just video. I’ve tried many fixes online, changed registry entries, reinstalled drivers, uninstalled Realtek, but nothing works. I’m not sure what else to try. Does anyone have experience with this? It looks like a common problem according to searches.

I’m using an AMD 3600, Radeon 5600 xt, and a SteelSeries Arctis 9x headset that needs a Windows USB adapter.

Attempt to connect the audio from Windows to your 5600xt, likely needing an HDMI cable or another compatible connection for audio output. The main thought is that Relive can only capture events on the card itself, not the motherboard's sound chip; since I haven't used Relive before, it makes sense to choose a different source if available.

Go through this discussion carefully. I would suggest confirming you have the most recent BIOS update for your motherboard. Then use DDU to remove your existing GPU drivers and manually download the newest ones from AMD's support page, after which install them yourself via an elevated command—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator. See that reference for more details.

Please note that even with administrative privileges, the installation process completes fully without allowing manual selection of specific driver components.

The problem seems to be the HDMI audio, however there is no option to deselect this during the install process. It just installs the entire thing.
Seriously why have AMD made this so difficult?
