I'm working with a computer that has these specifications: CPU - AMD 7800X3D, motherboard model Gigabyte x670e, GPU - Asus Rog Strix 4080, RAM - 2x T-Force DELTA DDR5 16 GB, 6000MHZ, storage - Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB, power supply - FSP Hydro PTM Pro 1200W. It boots into BIOS when connected to the motherboard but not the GPU. After removing the GPU and reinserting it multiple times, the issue continues. The GPU lights up and fans spin. When powered off and reconnected, the motherboard blocks access. PCIe slot info indicates something in the PCIEX16 slot. It seems the motherboard detects the presence of a device there. I'm really stuck—any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When connected to the iGPU, does it integrate with the operating system?

Currently no OS is running, yet I accessed the BIOS and saw a picture showing something detected in my PCIe port.

Check the operating system first, then attempt a boot. Getting error info makes troubleshooting simpler.

Great plan. I'll place the parts inside the case, then download the windows and drivers. Feel free to reach out if it doesn't resolve the problem.
