No, it wasn't configured in the mic setup button at the bottom of the menus.

Launch the console and type: voice_enable 1. Review your voice settings in Steam Edit. You can input: "voice_loopback 1" to listen to your voice or not.

Checked your settings in CS GO or Steam—there should be an option to enable the microphone.

Are you sure your microphone functions outside Steam and CS GO? Consider restarting the PC.

Navigate to recording devices (bottom right, speaker icon) and verify the Razer Kraken mic appears there. If absent, it may be disabled or faulty.
