Hi, I've been using this ROG Strict G15 since late 2021 and everything has been working well. Recently, after updating the Nvidia driver and trying a Windows 11 upgrade, I noticed the laptop isn't producing any sound at all—no internal speakers and no startup sound. Even with headphones plugged into the audio jack, it doesn’t work. I've reinstalled drivers, updated audio and OS, reset to factory settings while keeping my files, but the issue persists. I'm really confused and need help. Thanks.

It might be due to a faulty update of the HD audio software. Consider reinstalling the NVIDIA graphics drivers and also installing the accompanying HD audio drivers, perhaps performing a fresh installation just to be sure.
