Hello everyone, I've received quite a few useful responses from the forums. I'm wondering if anyone has faced similar problems with my setup? I just installed a new PC with these specifications: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II, Ryzen 7 5800x, MSI RTX 3060 (12GB), two 8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws cards, and a SAMSUNG NVMe SSD 980 (500GB). Armoury Crate has been functioning perfectly. I think I've got all the necessary drivers, but I had to manually set up LAN and Wireless before it could install everything automatically. Currently, I'm trying to open apps like games, but nothing appears to launch properly—just a blank screen when I double-click. I've tried other methods such as running as administrator or using the Microsoft Store/Xbox app to test the games. Still getting no response from the system. The PC is brand new with a clean SSD and only Windows 10 Pro plus Armoury Crate installed, so I'm not sure if I made any mistakes. It seems like the issue might be related to something specific to my setup. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Consider checking the task manager to verify if the launched applications are actually running.

Microsoft drivers aren't installed, visit the official website to download your genuine drivers. Install them and you should see a functional NIC and Wi-Fi. Check Device Manager for any warnings or errors. Set Windows Update to notify but not download automatically, review updates regularly, and disable hardware updates.

It appeared to fix the issue with a Windows update and certain drivers. It might be sensitive, but it could help others facing similar problems.
