A few things are simply too outdated to be useful anymore. It's time to accept that they're just 20 years old now.

It's not intended for more than 4 GB of RAM, right? No issues at all.

Windows 10 performs poorly on a 4GB system. I've been testing it with a Core2Quad running 4GB RAM for an embedded project. It runs very slowly.

I also have a quad with 4GB of RAM, and gaming performs quite well.

You likely have a PCI-e graphics card, but you'll be using an AGP card on an Athlon XP. It's unlikely you'll find good graphics drivers.

It seems the ATI Radeon 7000 series I ordered might function properly, or I can look for modified drivers if needed.

I still have my XP 1600+ and the AMD board I won in the Xtreme Performance Project contest. Plus, an awesome metal AMD pen—came in the box, actually, I put it in my closet lol.

No AGP GPU currently supports Windows 10. Even the HD 3850 falls short of being the top choice. Modified drivers won't help either. You're essentially trying to make something that can't be done, and even partial success leaves you with a useless device.
