I use all these 3 programs. I notice that when I get a text message, many times it doesn't make a sound nor does it even show up on my notifications. I have to open the app in order for it to show up. I notice this with WeChat a lot. So if someone send me a message or calls me, unless I open the WeChat app later on, then I notice someone sent me a message or tried to call me earlier. Whatsapp is similar but sometimes strange. Someone could send me a message and I won't get the sound alert until much later. The same thing happens with Google voice as well and I do not know why. Back then I never had these issues. Any time I receive a call or text from any of these, there would be a sound or notification. I did not do anything with the settings. I even have it on regular power mode and not battery saving mode which I heard could cause this. I am pretty sure Do Not Disturb is turned off. Does anyone have a clue why this is the case? Last time I updated the latest version of IOS and still have this issue. I don't remember exactly how this started happening. Do I power off my phone and turn it back on again and that might work? I did that a while back. That didn't solve it either. If I show you the settings for each of it, I'm pretty sure everything is the way it's suppose to be. The issue with this is if someone calls me on Google voice, most of the time it doesn't show that person is calling where I can accept or reject. Only if I open the app does it show I have a missed call. So if someone wants to call me, I can't even pick up the call. I have to call them and that would work. Sometimes though the WeChat or whatsapp call would work though when someone calls but usually it requires the other person calling me a few times. With Google voice, it seems to not even work most of the time. I do not want to do a clear reset of my iPhone though. It's an iPhone 13 mini. Does anyone have advice on what I can do here?"
