Intel recently released DCH drivers for their latest products that support processors from the sixth generation onward. Meanwhile, the last patch for the fourth and fifth generation GPUs was released on September 18, which is nearly four months ago. This delay has impacted my gaming experience—specifically, FIFA 19 failed to load the grass texture, leaving the pitch appearing black. After searching for months, I found no resolution, and I believe the issue stems from a driver problem that should be fixed with an update. Intel hasn’t issued any updates for these models in over three months. Could anyone share any information about upcoming fixes or releases?

Have you attempted to reinstall not just the drivers, but also the game(s) and the operating system?

You're absolutely confident about this—it seems like a RAM issue rather than a game limitation. Video memory being outside the system memory isn't ideal for gaming performance.

The game appears to be installed correctly except for the black pitch area. Many users with 4th or 5th generation GPUs are experiencing this problem, but no fix seems available. Previously, Intel released an update that resolved several issues in FIFA 18, including headless player problems.

However, 16 gigs seems sufficient, the main concern is there hasn't been any update in over three months from Intel.

Revert the driver. If the newest version doesn't resolve a problem or creates one, avoid using it.

That's what happened, but the issue still continues.

You checked your 4400 driver and changed it to 5063, but the issue remains. Four months have gone by yet no update from Intel has been released. It seems Intel may not prioritize older generations.

Type in your BIOS and locate the choice for assigning memory to your integrated graphics card. Choose manual instead of automatic and maximize the allocation.
