Hello, I'm assembling my system this week with a tight budget. I'm planning to use the ASROCK B450M Pro4 and R3 3300X. The specs I have in mind are an RX 580 with 8GB of WD Blue SSD, Corsair VS 650, NZXT H511 case, 3200MHZ, and HyperX DDR4 RAM.

This board looks promising. Just take a break since the stock Stealth is near its cap at 3300X.

The Pro4 works well and won’t face issues with a 3300X. However, if you're using the older orange label VS650, it's recommended to replace the power supply with a fresh one to match your other upgrades.

I think I still have the old one. VS is orange in color. Maybe I can buy it, but it will take a few months. Will my current unit last that long? I don’t mind my electricity bill since I’ve used it a lot already and everything was fine.

Personally, I wouldn't risk it. The old VS units were terrible, and there's no way to tell whether you'll be lucky and have no problems or it will die and take other components with it, since the RX 580 is not exactly the most power efficient card out there (will pull around 200W at load). Even something like a CX450 would do (though a CX550 would allow for some more headroom).
