I was thinking about replacing Windows 10 with a fresh setup since the new game update is coming tomorrow (Prepar3D v4). I’m worried about needing to visit many sites and reinstall drivers during the clean install.

Probably just the GPU driver needs attention, the rest works smoothly on Windows

During a clean installation of Windows, everything in the C:\ drive will vanish (unless you press the Format button, then it moves to a folder named Windows.OLD). All your programs must be reinstalled, updates need to be fetched again, drivers will require a fresh setup, and your files—assuming they were stored in C:\—can be restored from a backup.

Typically, drivers are managed through Windows Update, but you might just need Graphics support.

Yes. Win10 should cover most drivers via updates. Some hardware, like GPUs, may still need direct manufacturer support for beta versions.
