Check your maximum boost clocks on all-core and single-core settings. 4.7-4.8GHz all-core typically requires about 1.35V, suggesting you might be trying to push the single-core beyond 5GHz with PBO. If not, it could mean your CPU is unreliable or you're applying excessive unnecessary voltage.

Too much unnecessary voltage either boost the device to 5-5.1 single core or adjust the Vcore to 1.4v medium with no LLC and a multiplier of 47/48, which is static overclocking.

Auto is okay when you adjust it to 1.425v, otherwise it won't work. You need to boost to over 4800 for success.
