It's actually 125MB/s, which matches the full rate of 1Gb/s. The numbers shown by software differ from those measured at the NIC, so I recommend using the NIC measurement as it accounts for extra overheads. 115MB/s falls within the 1Gb/s range. It's highly probable you activated a feature that boosted performance. If you successfully used teaming with static mode instead of LACP, verify your NICs—success would show both being utilized.
