Sure, you should be able to run NFS Payback on your PC with that setup. Make sure the server is accessible and the network connection is stable.

It works on the 1030 version. I tested it on a 750 Ti which is practically the same as a 1030, though I doubt it will perform similarly on that specific CPU and RAM setup. You might consider overclocking the CPU, but the RAM will likely be the bigger constraint.

The system needs more power, otherwise it will freeze completely.
