I obtained NFS Payback from Apunkagames.net. Upon installation and running the game, a DirectX error arose. Despite updating my graphics driver, the issue persisted. My computer details are: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, 4GB of RAM, Dell OptiPlex 380 series with a quad-core 2.8 GHz processor and an AMD Radeon HD 8450 series graphics card (1GB).

Purchasing a legitimate copy is the solution you seek. Do not attempt to obtain this game illegally; acquiring it properly will resolve your concerns.
